Het Japanse woord Reiki betekent letterlijk “Kracht van de Zon", in het dagelijks gebruik spreken we liever over Universele Levensenergie. Met deze levensenergie wordt die energie bedoeld die voor mensen van essentieel belang is om te kunnen leven, groeien en herstellen van ziekte en andere lichamelijke klachten. Reiki werkt niet alleen op fysiek, maar ook op mentaal en spiritueel niveau. Het brengt je tot rust en helpt je weer helder te zien, het brengt balans en heelheid en helpt je weer tot je ware zelf te komen.

Reiki is a practice of laying hands on different parts of the body that are aligned with the chakras or energy fields that exist within in the body. Through the hands, healing energy is passed from the healer to the person over their whole body and also to the places that are injured or not healthy. In principle, after having one or a few Reiki treatments, the aches and pains or illness should lessen or be alleviated. I have studied Reiki I and Reiki II and believe that I can help children and adults to heal .

I offer Inner Guidance Counselling and combine this with Reiki sessions to be of assistance to my clients. This type of counselling offers them the possibility to get in touch with their Inner Guidance to find answers and clarity from within themselves. It involves a meditation and discussion. All answers are drawn from within and provide powerful information that is exactly right for what you need at that moment.
